The Sunshine Coast Lacrosse Association
has been providing youth box lacrosse to communities of the Sunshine Coast since 2002. We are a non profit, volunteer run organization. We encourage all youth, boys and girls, to try Canada’s First National Sport! It is great for developing skills in teamwork, hand-eye coordination and stick handling. A perfect complement to sports such as hockey and soccer and for developing great cardio function.
